What You’ll Need to Submit
Before filling the form, please ensure you have:
- Final mastered WAV audio files
- High-quality cover artwork (3000 × 3000 px)
- Correct song & artist metadata
- Streaming profile links (if available)

- Artwork must not contain URLs, social handles, or logos
- Ensure all metadata is final and correctly spelled
- Recommended release date: at least 7 days from submission
